📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.,Support the procurement team in analyzing market trends and identifying new suppliers.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
