📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective online English lessons using platforms like Zoom and Google Classroom.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our diverse student body.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students, helping them to improve their English language skills.
• Collaborate with our team of educators to share best practices and ideas.
• Participate in our continuous professional development program, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and punctuality in all interactions with students and colleagues.
• Adhere to our company policies and procedures, including our data privacy and security guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in a formal educational setting.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar teaching qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online teaching, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and other educational software.
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging and effective online lessons.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of the language.
