CV Raya Sinergi is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash register operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while developing your sales and customer service skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by greeting customers, explaining products, and processing payments.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.,Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including stocking products and restocking shelves.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management by counting stock and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and field).
