📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the IT operations and strategy for the Asia & Oceania region.,Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to align with company goals.,Manage IT budgets and resources to optimize costs and efficiency.,Collaborate with regional managers to address IT challenges and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with regional and international IT regulations and standards.,Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT services and solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficient in project management and change management methodologies.,Experience in a multicultural and multilingual environment is a plus.,Knowledge of regional IT market trends and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
