📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the karaoke outlet, including managing staff schedules and performance.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction through regular inspections and feedback.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of overall business goals.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with karaoke equipment and software, such as sound systems, lighting, and reservation systems.
