📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create visually appealing and effective designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logo design and color schemes.,Design and develop digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design quality.,Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure consistent design quality and team growth.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.,Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
