📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.,Process cash and card payments accurately and securely, following company policies and procedures.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, maintaining accurate records and following company guidelines.,Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting any shortages or issues.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Server or Cashier, is required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.,Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in order taking, payment processing, and record keeping.,Friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding guest service.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and payment processing procedures.,Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from various backgrounds.
