In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling financial transactions, including payments and refunds.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.,Assist in the preparation and organization of financial documents and reports.,Support the cashier in managing cash and inventory.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and record-keeping.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using basic accounting software and financial tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
