Providing technical support to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems,Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and software,Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues,Monitoring and maintaining network security,Ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems,Providing training and support to employees on IT systems and software,Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures,Maintaining and updating IT documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with network security and IT policies and procedures,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
