📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the main teller in handling customer inquiries and transactions.

Process insurance claims and patient payments accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Assist in managing the front desk schedule and ensuring all appointments are recorded.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Assist in maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.

Support the front desk team in any additional tasks as needed.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.
