📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory and food costs.,Collaborate with the healthcare center's management team to ensure a seamless integration of restaurant services with other healthcare services.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
