Hub Spot Pratama is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client strategies.,Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and business development.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build and maintain client relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or marketing industry.,Proven track record of managing and developing key client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
