📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Monitor cash drawer balances and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to handle customer service with professionalism and empathy.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.
