📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of learning initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience with e-learning platforms and technologies is a plus.,Certification in learning and development or a related field is a plus.
