📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and beverage offerings.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to established standards.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales.,Promote and upsell menu items to increase sales and revenue.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.,Deliver exceptional service during peak hours and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology and menu items.,Willingness to work remote and adhere to company policies and procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
