In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and guests.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that staff are properly trained in emergency procedures.,Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that the restaurant's operations align with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
