📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.,Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall sales growth of the store.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.,Maintaining a well-organized and attractive store display to attract customers and drive sales.,Assisting in inventory management and ensuring adequate stock levels.,Participating in training programs and staying updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.,Collaborating with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.,Proficient in using sales techniques and strategies to drive sales.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
