📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Advising managers on HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR training programs.,Oversee the company's benefits and compensation programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
