📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure network security.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Experience with network administration and security.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.
