PT Giri Pertiwi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Cianjur. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our store operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.
