📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.
