📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies in business processes using data analytics tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Document and communicate process improvements to stakeholders, including management and employees.
• Measure and monitor the impact of process improvements using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor employees on new processes and tools to ensure successful implementation.
• Work with IT teams to integrate process improvements with existing systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in using data analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
