📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to specific recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of baked products by monitoring production processes and adjusting as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest baking techniques and industry standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area to ensure efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial baking, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience with commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
