📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize all logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Utilize advanced logistics software such as SAP and JDA to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving supply chain efficiency.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics software such as SAP and JDA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
