📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative graphic design concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create visually appealing and engaging content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and packaging designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding, and product development, to ensure cohesive and on-brand visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct market research and analyze design performance to continuously improve and optimize visual content.
• Manage and organize design assets and files to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for the team.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and style guides to maintain consistency in visual identity.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase design concepts and gather feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
