We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to lead the transformation of luxury retail boutiques into immersive, brand-aligned spaces. As an Interior Designer at Inprodec, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional retail experiences. Your daily tasks will include conceptualizing layouts, selecting materials, and coordinating with vendors to ensure every detail meets the highest standards of luxury and functionality. You will work closely with our team of architects, project managers, and clients to bring their visions to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present design concepts that align with the brand's vision and target audience.
• Create detailed design drawings and 3D renderings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure design integrity and project timelines are met.
• Select and source high-quality materials, finishes, and fixtures that enhance the retail experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to oversee the installation and fit-out of retail spaces.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that the final installation meets the design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design and luxury retail fit-outs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns to maintain high standards of quality and creativity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury retail projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, spatial planning, and ergonomics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
